Meadow View Cottage is on the edge of the charming quiet village of St Newlyn East, 7-10 minutes from the stunning North Cornwall coast. With a picturesque private garden looking over open countryside and with off road parking for one vehicle
The Cottage sleeps 4 very comfortably in two bedrooms and we welcome 1 dog although we ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and Dishwasher. The living room has a log burner in addition to smart radiators for cozy nights in.
Its perfect for family holidays or couples. Walking, surfing, cycling, bird watching, golfing .........holidays. Enjoy lots of traditional pubs with wonderful food, bracing stunning walks or just exploring the many fantastic places the are has to offer.
Meadow View Cottage sleeps up to four in a king size and a twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a compact but well-equipped kitchen and an inviting living area, with a wood burning stove at one end – the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day on the beach or on the coastal path.

Back Door and Hallway
We have a tiled hallway area as you enter at the back of the house. Perfect for leaving muddy boots, dog leads and coats. There is a clothes airer and hoover in case of need! We have a gate to keep those wet dogs on the tiled areas to dry off
Kitchen
Oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. We like to cater for ourselves when we are on holiday - so we have ensured that there is plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and cupboard space.
Living Area
We have a warm and inviting living area, comprising of both a dining table and chairs at one end (4) and sofa and armchair at the other. There's a bean bag for any kids who don't want to sit with mum and dad. At one end is a wood-burning stove, ideal for sitting in front of with an evening glass of wine or mug of cocoa. There is a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker.
Bedrooms
Upstairs there are two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, Bedroom 2 with two singles. Travel Cot available
Bathroom
large bathroom - which a large shower bath with mains pressure shower, wc, basin and towel rail.
Exterior
We have a small enclosed garden with Table Chairs & a BBQ to the rear of the property with views across the countryside. There is an off-road parking space at the front.

Dogs
We welcome one well behaved dog (we have one ourselves) however they aren't allowed on furniture beds or upstairs or carpeted areas when wet.
On your arrival, you will find tea, coffee, milk and sugar so that you can have a cuppa after your journey, some treats and the cleaning/washing up essentials in the kitchen, toilet rolls and hand wash in both the bathroom and kitchen. Bedding and towels are included in your stay. The cottage will have been prepared by our excellent housekeeper and we hope that you will be delighted with it – however, if you find that you have any problems, please contact us so that we can put things right.
